JOB DESCRIPTION
- Update and provide the following reports: (1) monthly inventory report (2) returned good reports, (3) out of stocks and nearly expiry products and (4) daily transmittal report
- Facilitate of Orders
- Reconcile actual inventory reports vs. inventory system
- Analyze weekly finished products critical label
- Request finished products for P.O.
- Conduct orientation to the newly hired PSR/PMR regarding warehouse department policies and procedures
- Monitor reports such as Ordered Finished Products
- Fill invoices and other forms
- Make forecast analysis statement and prepare and maintain forecast for P.O
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
