Scope:

To provide professional and engaging wellness therapies and massage treatments to our clients. You will offer a full range of treatments to fulfill different client needs and objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide a wide range of massage the services
2. Attending and participating in meetings and training sessions.
3. Ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized spa facility.
4. Setting up spa and work stations, and ensuring cleanliness and tidiness throughout the shift.
5. Assisting with keeping linens clean and tidy, and replacing them between sessions.
6. Sterilizing equipment.
7. Accompanying guests to and from treatment rooms.
8. Consulting with clients to identify appropriate massage services.
9. Providing massage services listed in the brochure.
10. Maintaining records and filing documentation.
11. Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager

Qualifications:

-Proven work experience as a Spa Therapist

Hands on experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies

-Experience in sales will be considered an asset

-Excellent knowledge of English language

-Communication and customer service skills

-Positive attitude

-User level computer skills

-Degree or current license in aesthetics or physiotherapy (is a plus but not required)
