Responsibilities:
Installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers, etc.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, which includes documentation.
Respond to concerns a timely manner to service issues and requests
Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Set up accounts for new users
Add, remove, or update user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
Assist, or if able, spearhead in programming and other coding projects as needed by the company.
