3+ years of relevant experience in recruiting either inhouse or through a search firm
Hands-on candidates’ sourcing/headhunting experience, preferred experience with search and selection of technical talents
Experienced in utilizing various sourcing channels and recruiting platforms, e.g., LinkedIn and/or LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, Facebook, Indeed etc.
Proven record of producing exceptional results
Effective English communication skills
A team player, supportive, aggressive, and ready to go out of the box
Global/international recruitment experience is a great advantage.
Experience in handling other Human Resources functions/areas is a plus
