JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in recruiting either inhouse or through a search firm
- Hands-on candidates’ sourcing/headhunting experience, preferred experience with search and selection of technical talents
- Experienced in utilizing various sourcing channels and recruiting platforms, e.g., LinkedIn and/or LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, Facebook, Indeed etc.
- Proven record of producing exceptional results
- Effective English communication skills
- A team player, supportive, aggressive, and ready to go out of the box
- Global/international recruitment experience is a great advantage.
- Experience in handling other Human Resources functions/areas is a plus
