Job Summary:

Responsible for coordinating and supporting activities and tasks in the areas of Career Development, Learning and Development, Orientation Programs, Plant Tours and Office Tours.

Job Description:

• Assist Immediate Superior and Manager in planning and implementing activities under Organization Development and Training
• Performs orientation and updates records of new staff.
• Assists with all internal and external Training and Development (T&D) related matters.
• Participates in developing T&D guidelines and procedures, and formulating strategies to motivate employees.
• Creates and submits reports on general T&D programs and activities.
• Assists in creating T&D literature for company-wide use and T&D budget monitoring.
• Keeps up to date with the latest T&D trends and best practice.
• Coordinates with external providers (current and prospective) for schedules of orientation, training or seminar.
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS)
• Manage Training Database and Records

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related courses
• Minimum of 2 year experience in related field is required
• Knowledge in Organizational Development, Training Design, Performance Management or Competency Development is an advantage
• Strong organizational and communication skills (written and oral)
• Proficient in basic MS Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Employment Status: Probationary (Full time position(s) available.)

During probationary, the employee will receive the following:

Rice allowance:                         P 750/month
