We are looking for a Production Engineer (Manager level) with the following qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any related course
- At least 10 years' working experience preferably in a Food Plant/ Manufacturing set- up
- Proven background in design, construction, maintenance, production planning and control, quality management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Adept in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and decision making skills
- Can deliver results under pressure and timeline
The Production Engineer will be reporting directly to the Plant General Manager and will be responsible in:
- Planning, managing, and leading the day- to- day operations of a specific production site.
- Implementing and reviewing project plans within a specific timeline and resources with accuracy and efficiency.
- Presenting developments and status of on-going projects to the top management.
- Providing guidance, direction, and training to different levels in the production/ manufacturing site.
- Handling administrative and people operations tasks
