JOB DESCRIPTION
Meeting or exceeding sales goals on a Monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
-Generating leads
-Negotiating quotations or proposal with prospective clients
-Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions and negotiations
-Preparing weekly and monthly itineraries and reports
-Giving sales presentations to customers
-Understanding and promoting company programs
-Monitor balance of payment form customers
-Working closely with customer to determine their needs
-Answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solution
-you should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction
-You should stay up to date with product features and benefits
-Cross sell products
-Handle return of merchandise
-Team up with co workers to ensure proper customer service
-Build product trust relationship with customer
- Go the extra mile to drive sales
-Excellence sales service to ensure high level customer satisfaction
