Job description
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Industrial Engineering and Architecture or BS in Quantity Surveying.
- Undergraduates are welcome to apply
- Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) is a Plus/Non- Board Passers are welcome to apply
- At least 5 years of working experience as Quantity Surveyor is required
- Experienced working in a Modular Cabinetry Companies for Residential and High-Rise Projects
- Required skill(s): AutoCad.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Willing to be assigned in Congressional Avenue, Bahay Toro, Quezon City
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Calculate and manage all cost-related aspects in construction projects
- Prepare documents, bills of quantities and other relevant documents to be presented to the Site Engineers or clients
- Review building, construction, or architectural plans and prepare quantity needs and cost of materials
- Create price of the cost of materials needed
- Gather data and quantification to verify progress of accomplishments of the project
- Come up with ways to reduce overall cost of a project ensuring best value for money
- Supplier/Subcontractor Quotation and Evaluation
