JOB SUMMARY

The Junior Course Developer (JCD) is responsible for developing, coordinating and revising course packages based on industry changes/ updates and continuous improvement. He/she is also in charge for uploading/ updating the course packages in the system and releasing of selected revised course packages. The JCD also supervises the library operation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY RESULT AREA 1: NEW COURSE DEVELOPMENT

KEY RESULT AREA 2: COURSE REVIEW OF EXISTING COURSES

KEY RESULT AREA 3: REVISION OF EXISTING COURSE PACKAGES

KEY RESULT AREA 4: INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL AUDITS

·        Ensures 100% preparation and completion of documentary evidence and establishes complete equipment inventory for third-party course accreditation/ certification, re-accreditation/ re-certification, other external audits and internal audits. At least one (1) each.

·        Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES

Education: Graduates of Education/ Communication/ Journalism Course

Experience: Fresh graduate

Skills: - Proficient with MS Office applications

- Proficient in doing research

- Above average typing speed

- Good in spelling and grammar

- Good in document control and organization of files

- Proficient in oral and written English

- Attentive to details
