JOB SUMMARY
The HR Officer spearheads, controls and monitors the implementation and
administration of all Human processes and policies which includes:
Recruitment, Performance evaluation, Timekeeping, Benefits administration,
Employee relations, Employee separation and Support Services. He/she
integrates all HR processes and activities in support for the achievement of the company's objectives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
KEY RESULT AREA 1: RECRUITMENT
- Ensures that 100% of the recruitment requirements are duly filled-up within 30 working days.
- Oversees that all the new hire’s pre-employment requirements, onboarding and orientation needs are completed on his/her 1 month of employment.
- Implements evaluation of new hires after their 4th month of employment.
- Ensures that regularization documents are prepared on/or before the 6th month of the new hires.
KEY RESULT AREA 2: PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
- Spearheads the annual performance evaluation of all the employees during the 1st quarter of the following year.
KEY RESULT AREA 3: TIMEKEEPING
- Ensures accurate and timely submission of semi-monthly timekeeping for payroll purposes.
- Reviews and submits overtime request forms as per cut-off.
- Prepares timekeeping reports every middle of the year and end of the year for rewards purposes.
KEY RESULT AREA 4: BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION
- Prepares Rice Allowance and VL Conversion every month.
- Ensure 100% coordination with HMO provider and Life insurance provider for renewal, benefits administration, APE and other concerns.
KEY RESULT AREA 5: EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
- Reviews and updates the Code of Discipline and incorporates all changes as needed.
- Ensures timely preparation of employee notices and sanctions for violations of the company Code of Discipline, then endorses them to Admin Manager for review and approval.
- Initiates and organizes company activities/events such Teambuilding, Employee Engagement activities, Christmas Party etc. based on individual timeline.
KEY RESULT AREA 6: EMPLOYEE SEPARATIONS
- Oversees the clearance process of separated employees, ensures that 100% of the separation documents are filled out, signed and notarized as needed.
KEY RESULT AREA 7: ADMINISTRATION
- Ensures 100% coordination regarding renewal of contracts, procedures and immediate concerns with the following parties:
- Housekeeping Subcontractors
- Security Subcontractors
- Building Admin
- Handles and resolves 100% of the concerns and coordination needs in Mobile phone services of the company.
- Closes 100% requests from the employees such as: issuance of COEs, issuance of government forms etc.
KEY RESULT AREA 8: OTHERS
- Assists, trains and alternates with HR Associate from time to time.
- Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES
Education : Graduate of Psychology, HR or any 4-year business
course
Experience : At least 3 years of experience in handling all facets of HR
