- Maintains a healthy relationship with current customers and dealers by answering calls and queries about products and orders

- Coordinates with the Sales team members regarding sales needs and order status

- Prepares quotations and sales proposals, processing sales orders and updating product / price lists for office accounts

- Prepares daily, weekly, or monthly sales revenue reports

- Promotes product and service offerings to new and current clients, as needed

- Coordinates and addresses all needs of sales events and activities

- Attends network and promotional events to develop and maintain contact with existing clients and new prospects

- Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, delivery date and method, and current status; answering questions
