NOW HIRING: HR- EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the Labor and Employee Relations team by addressing and documenting all employee-related queries, grievances, and escalations from accurate, efficient, and timely resolutions of HR issues and policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Social Sciences, HRDM, or any related courses
With at least 1 year of relevant work experience
Good understanding of Philippine Labor laws and regulations
Ability to deal with disciplinary issues/vases, employee grievances, and other labor concerns
Strong cases management, communications, and analytical skills
Willing to be assigned in Libis, Quezon City
