QUALIFICATIONS:
Female, 20-30 Years Old
Bachelor’s Degree Graduate
Have above average written and oral communication skills is better (Tagalog/English)
Proficient in MS Office applications
Ability to maintain confidentiality

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Handle timely deployment of new hires by following the recruitment & manning calendar; monitor Incident/Violation Reports & check compliance on the processes required; monitor & accomplish attendance reports for payroll processing.
• Perform administrative tasks including but not limited to filing, providing verification of employments, maintaining forms and other documents for processing
• Maintain a repository of table of organization, job descriptions, memos, and other related documents.
• Process and maintain the employee’s 201 files with strict confidentiality
• Prepare document & process employee separations & clearance
• Assist the HR to deal with other matters assigned by the supervisor
• Notice of maintenance of office environment and equipment.
• Record employee attendance.
• COVID-19 related inspection work.
• Assist in meeting, event preparation, preparation of statistical reports, written reports, briefings and other materials
• Responsible for the procurement and distribution of office supplies.
• Data processing, image scanning and directory archiving
