JOB DESCRIPTION
RECRUITMENT
- Prepares ad layout for job openings.
- Responsible for assisting in the sourcing, selection, recruitment, and placement of qualified applicants for job openings with the company.
- Maintains records of applicants according to position they are applying.
- Organize schedule of applicants for interview
- Performs reference and background check on applicants.
- Company orientation of newly-hired employees
TIMEKEEPING
- Maintains effective record management and filing system of Personnel 201
- Update monthly VL & SL of employees
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Prepares payroll
- Prepares monthly remittance to SSS / PHILHEALTH / HDMF
- Administer performance appraisal of employees as a requirement for regularization
- Monitor employees’ employment status.
- Prepares Notice of Personnel Action (NPA)
- Process clearance and final pay of resigned employees.
- Coordinate with HMO for employee’s medical needs.
- Coordinate with accounting group for SSS benefits such as Maternity and Sickness reimbursement.
- Addressing queries about payroll-related issues.
