QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
? Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Information Technology or related degree
? Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in Information systems, logistics, warehouse
management, and health information systems.
? Fluency in written and oral communication English and Filipino
? Working experience as Helpdesk Support for at least 1 year.
? Strong client-facing and communication skills
? Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
? Customer service orientation
