Qualifications:
- Degree in Psychology/ Human Resources, Management or any related course
- At least 1 year experience in HR handling and all facet of human resources - At least 1 year experience in recruitment and hiring process
- With excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledgeable in employee and labor relations, employee performance and evaluation
- With extensive knowledge in processing and monitoring current government rules and regulations, employee mandated loans and benefits application
- Experience in handling administrative tasks
- Works well under pressure, have integrity and good decision making and analytical skills.
- Experience in interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resoluton among employees.
