QUALIFICATIONS

• With above average interpersonal and communication skills

• With a valid Driver’s License 

• Must be a Registered Civil Engineer 

• With at least 2-3 years’ experience in Cost Estimation and Site Inspection

• Preferably with 1 year experience in Structural Design Works

• Willing to do technical presentation

• Onboarding by January 2022

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Works with the team to produce detailed design and documentation of projects.

• Provides detailed estimates for a project based on the construction drawings, specifications, and scope of work.

• Provides advice on design issues related to technical guidelines.

• Develops design solutions using analytical techniques.

• Inspects or visits sites and other venues necessary for project inspection and quality control and submits relevant reports.

• Ensures quality installation of AAC Blocks according to Starken Methodology.

• Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project - progress; inspecting construction site; verifying calculations and placements.

• Attends and participates in meetings and training as requested. 

• Conducts Technical Presentation in order to give an in-depth knowledge.
