Manager - Okta Engineer

Salary range: 50K - 80K

Temporary WFH, must be ready to Return to Office (Alabang), by Quarter 2 2022

In this role you should have skills in any of 1 or 2

Identity and Access Management Technologies, Privileged Account Management,Attestation Process in tools like OKTA, SailPoint, CyberArk, Beyond Trust and knowledge on Core & Advance Java, SQL, Cloud Infra, Unix/Linux commands, with focus on troubleshooting, deployment and management

Responsibilities

Drive Incident & Problem Management with focus on RCA and RCCA in collaboration with SME groups and Functional leaders across HR/Finance/BU heads.

Drive reviews with other with key stakeholders ensuring the platform is aligned to business and compliance needs of the organization.

Needs to manage relationship and resolve dispute if any between internal stakeholders and drive message across BU leaders.

Bring Industry best practices to ensure operational stability.

Drive Service improvement projects across in partnership with internal and partner teams.

Explore opportunities to optimize and ensure we are in line with business requirements.

Good Communications Skills.

Self-Learner to skilled on new technologies.

Adhere to SLA’s define and Goal Archiver.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent subject

Relevant work experience in OKTA with focus on driving adoption, improve business delivery across verticals

Preferred qualifications

Development skills in Core and advanced Java programming with exposure to SDLC life cycle

Good hands-on understanding of OKTA from Architecture end.

Experience in driving adoption of the platform and drive business value by interacting with HR / Finance / IT leadership teams and other Businesses, as needed.

Good understanding of user life cycle, provisioning, de-provisioning, certification process and scripting.

Knowledge on integration with standard Target systems like Active Directory, Mail systems, Applications, Unix systems for provisioning

Essential knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure.

Understanding and development of REST API’s.

Strong negotiation and analytical skills with experience in discussing with OEMs on solutions and root cause analysis

Flexible to accommodate time-zones, preferred comfortable with 24*7 operations, as teams are geographically dispersed

Good understanding of Audit and Compliance

Good speaking and writing communications.

Proactive and team management capabilities.

Good Understanding of OKTA.

Knowledge of OKTA API’s, Radius Server, AD Agent implementation and configurations.

Knowledge of Directory Services.
