JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements
- Degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or any equivalent is a plus.
- 2-4 years experience as Art Director or related capacity
- Working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite such as but not limited to InDesign, Photoshop, and others.
- Good grasp of basic design principles such as colors, typography, and layout.
- Background in any of the following:
- Image manipulation
- Static and animated banner designs
- Print design such as catalogs, flyers, and other marketing collaterals
- Web or Mobile UI design with HTML+CSS
- UI/UX Design
- 3D modeling
- Video post-production including animation
- Must be comfortable with technology and possess the ability to rapidly learn new tools.
- Detail-oriented and has excellent organization skills.
- Must be amenable to work on a shifting schedule.
- Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. (Temporary Work From Home)
- Work Schedule: 5-day work week, shifting schedule
Responsibilities
- Participate in design meetings and provide continual input to optimize the design and minimize futile work.
- Collaborate on new design issues and research projects with the team.
- Ensure projects and finished graphics are accurate and precise.
- Manage and maintain record keeping of original artwork files and all projects.
- Communicate concepts and design reasoning clearly and professionally.
- Skillfully create original, strategic design solutions from concept to completion.
- Lead with effective supervision an experienced design team toward greater creativity.
