Salary and Benefit
- 110,000-180,000 basic salary negotiable based on your current salary
- 2,800 Non-Taxable Allowance
- HMO up to 300K
Qualifications
- College Degree in any field
- At least 2 years experience as Senior Manager
- Must have experience in managing Recruitment Site
- Experience in managing functional groups
- Great communication skills
- Experience in volume hiring preferably in a BPO setting
- Proficient planning, time management, and decision-making skills
