- With at least 1 year work experience in commercial, claims and contracts administration/management; preferably in large and complex construction projects.

-Background in FIDIC is desirable.

- Provide guidance to various project teams during project implementation

- prepare and package response or claims to employer

- Maintain and apply legal policies, procedure, regulations of the Company and the terms and conditions required by FIDIC in the drafting, preparation, and execution of Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) Contracts.

--Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts from legal point of view with clients, contractors, sub-contractors and external services providers ensuring that business objectives of the Company are met and that legal regulations and/or requirements are complied with.

- Can work with minimal supervision
