JOB DESCRIPTION
DESCRIPTION OF TASK:
- Oversees maintenance services to ensure safety, cleanliness, and orderliness of the building.
- Conducts maintenance and safety audit to determine repair/renovation needs of the store/building
- Plan schedule maintenance activities to ensure efficient utilization of facilities and equipment of the building, office equipment, and service vehicles
- Responsible for administrative operations including communications support and project management support
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be at least college level
- Have the ability to organize and prepare documents in orderly manner
- Minimum one (1) year in the related field is required for the position
- Willing to be assigned in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan
