JOB DESCRIPTION
DESCRIPTION OF TASK:
Supports Site Development Group in ensuring 100% achievement of business expansion by locating, identifying, real-estate properties (ground zero/vacant lots or fit-out) on a specific target project area;
Performs saturation or checking of the target project area based on approved criteria;
Obtain basic details of the property and endorse to immediate head
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least College Level or Vocational Course Graduate/Senior High School Graduate;
- Must have the ability to look for a viable business location as retail store;
- Must have a motorcycle and willing to travel anywhere in Luzon, 5-6 times a week;
- Experience in leasing, site acquisitions, site finder, site locator is a plus factor;
- Good communication skills both in oral and written;
- Basic MS Office Knowledge is required
