Job Description:

• Extract data from the accounting system
• Collate all invoices pertaining to revenues
• Prepare reconciliation of all invoices generated vs actual booking
• Collate all collections for offsetting
• Prepare aging of receivables
• Follow-up outstanding receivables to Sales Department
• Coordinate status of collection from Sales
• Check the status of non-moving invoices of revenues
• Prepare the statement of account
• Prepare Balance Confirmation

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree - Graduate of Accounting Course
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field of accounting, especially, Account. Receivables and Credit and Collection
• Knowledge in accounting software example SAP Business 1
