STEP, Inc. is a 25-year old service provider company with more than four thousand (4,000) project employees depolyed in Greater Manila Area, Laguna and Batangas. Its main office is located at the business area of Ortigas Center, Pasig City. It has satellite offices which are located in Sto. Tomas, Batangas, Angeles,Pampanga and Subic.
History
STEP, Inc. is a service provider company which was established in 1996. We have rendered personnel, human resource management, and consultancy services to a diverse clientele in the telecommunication, manufacturing, banking & finance, pharmaceutical, transport, restaurant, call center, leisure development and various service industries.
Product & Services
STEP INC caters manpower services under production, janitorial, facilities/maintenance, promo and merchandizers, and office positions. It does Pre-employment or Personnel Selection (Administration of Tests and Examinations, Pre-Employment Medical Examination), Field Monitoring and Supervision, Counseling & Performance Appraisal, Training and Development, Salary & Benefits Administration, Employee & Labor Relations.
