POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible in overseeing projects from pre-bids to project completion.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists all Business Development Department project concerns.
• Attends client meetings, pre-bids and bidding.
• Conducts site inspection.
• In charge of technical evaluation (electro-mechanical requirements)
• Evaluates contractor’s performance if within service level agreement (SLA).
• Supervise and monitor sub-contractor.
• Prepares reports such as actual costing of project, progress billing, and turn over documents.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree either in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineer
• A Registered Electrical Enginer/Mechanical Engineer/Civil Engineer
• Has driving skills and a driver’s license with 1 and 2 restriction code.

• Proficiency in Auto Cad.
