Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
• Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
• Make sure that all visitor activities are logged.
• Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars, if needed.
• Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public.
• File and maintain records.

Minimum Qualifications

Position Requirements:

• Preferably graduate of Business Management/Office Administration/Tourism or any other related field of study.
• Must have at least 1 - 2 years related or similar experience.
• Must be proficient in MS Office applications such as: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
• Must be knowledgeable on the principles of business and management.
• Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City.
