Position Summary: Provide patient care and administer first aid treatment to employees of the company. Work with EHS committee in implementation of Safety Programs

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
2. Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
3. Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
4. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
5. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
6. Coordinate with the Safety Officer/Pollution Control Officer and EHS committee for matters relating to safety programs being implemented in the company

Position specifications:
1. Must demonstrate skills on problem solving, decision making and judgment, critical thinking, time management, active listening, verbal and written communication.
2. Must be knowledgeable on patient care and first aid procedures.

Position requirements:
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing License : Registered Nurse
Experience: At least six (6) months working experience of the same capacity or background.
