Sales & Recruitment of insurance associates
Successful candidates will be provided with training and support to become experts in the field of sales management, recruitment, and advisor development.
Qualified candidates will undergo a manager development program, and may be designated as Branch Head or Unit Head, with primary responsibilities of sales management and recruitment.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years sales Managerial experience
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- Preferably Graduates of Business Management, Banking & Finance, Marketing, Human Resources Management, Financial Accounting, and Engineering.
- Must be skilled in Recruitment, Management Sales & Marketing, Finance
- Must be willing to comply and attend all free mandatory trainings to meet the company service standards
PREFERRED CANDIDATES
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - (Insurance, Banking, Investment, Trust, etc) or equivalent.
- Corporate Sales Officers / District Sales Managers / Territory Sales Managers from Banking, Remittance, Investment, Airline, Telecommunications or the Pharmaceutical Industry are encouraged to apply.
- Bank Managers or Bancassure Area Heads have a definite advantage, and will be considered for Branch Manager / Branch Head role.
- Medical representatives, stock brokers, real estate brokers, car sales representatives, distribution managers, HR / recruitment managers, flight attendants, businessmen / entrepreneurs are also welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and develop a team of insurance solutions partners through recruitment, selection, and training.
- Lead and monitor insurance solutions partners under the team
- Meet the KPIs specified by the company, including production, recruitment, and persistency.
