1. Provide design concept/ drawings of formworks and shoring materials.
2. Prepare formwork and shoring drawings for various concrete structures.
3. Perform static analyses, checking to ensure optimal design.
4. Perform site inspections when required.
5. To perform other activities or tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
6.  Provide workable, practical and economical engineered solutions with accurate calculations within deadline
7. Produce clear and accurate drawings.
8. Assess customer's requirements through site visits and/or the customer's schedule 
9. Produce drawings to customer requirements or by converting estimating drawings, providing accurate calculations
10. Attend customer meetings to present solutions and discuss proposals.
11. Provide briefings on drawings to the operations team. 
12. Provide advice and support during erection process on engineering issues.
13. Oversee the erection process from an engineering viewpoint including conducting site visits 
14. Ensure that designs are in line with health and safety, produced with safety of erection and any perceived hazards clearly identified and noted on drawings
15. Revise drawings or advice according to changes in the customer specification or site condition
16. Provide support to the training and coaching of new members of the design team
17. In general adhere to Formworks Department policies, guidelines and manuals as provided to him.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with Licensed.
2. Strong leadership qualities
3. Good academics, with a Civil Engineering background
4. Experience managing a high performing team of engineers
5. With at least 1-3 years’ work experience as Formworks Engineer, Quantity surveyor or equivalent.
6. AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel,Worksheet Formulation, Microsoft Power point, etc.
7. Hands-On detailing and drafting.
