JOB DESCRIPTION

- Responsible for supervising the tax reporting , tax planning, and compliance function.
- Facilitates and ensures timely tax returns preparation, submission and payment of tax dues, including submission of annual BIR and SEC filling requirements.
- Oversees custody of documents for tax compliance.
- Reviews corporate tax policies and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with the government regulations.
- Ensures that all taxes payable/paid are recorded in the books of the company.
- Monitors compliance to LGUs for permits, property taxes and other fees.
- Handles tax mapping in preparation to the financial statement and BIR audit.
- Handles requests of other departments related to tax compliance of the company and its employees.
- Assists the external auditors during audit of taxes and compliance transactions.
- Keeps abreast and updated on various BIR/SEC regulations.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Preferably CPA or Accounting graduate with at least 2 years’ experience in tax, payroll and bookkeeping.
With experience in using SAP or other accounting system.
- Must have extensive knowledge on taxes and statutory reporting requirements.
- Must have strong organizational skills.
- Must have the ability to work independently and take initiative to set priorities and see projects through to completion.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills who can work across multiple functions to achieve goals.
- Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office applications.

DDT KONSTRACT, INC. (DDTKI) is a duly registered corporation in the Republic of the Philippines, with principal office address at Unit 401 4th Floor, Lancaster Hotel Shaw. Blvd. cor. Samat, Highway Hills, Mandaluyong City. The company started as a modest sub-contractor and gradually worked our way to become an AAAA Contractor. In a span of 23 years from its inception last April 8, 1998.

From a humble beginning up to the present, we never lost focus of our corporate philosophy of partnering with our clients, professionals in the construction industry, sub-contractors and suppliers as well.
