Supports the operations in answering customer complaints and assisting in online orders.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Checking of e-mails and answering the customer queries via text and social media.
2. Do customer relations such as follow-up of payment of customers, finding-out of solution to complaints, checking of stocks in store for reservation, coordination among rider, admin and courier and call the customers to confirm their orders
3. Searching of new clients.
4. Processing of orders in shopify.
5. Preparing of daily and monthly sales reports.
