3–5 years of experience leading campaigns and content creation
Strong typographic ability
Experience managing print production & in Adobe Creative Suite
An expert across various channels — both print and digital
Preferably has experience in beauty/fashion industry

Responsibilities:
Working with other members of the creative department to evaluate client or company needs, develop project strategies, lead campaign production, and create visual elements for ad campaigns.
Speaking with the company or brand partners and collaborators to set goals, provide updates, receive feedback, and present the final campaign.
Conducting research to better understand brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends.
Hiring, training, and supervising design staff.
Managing the budgets given, timelines, and delivering the finished campaign within those parameters.
Troubleshooting design, staff, or process problems as they arise.
Ensuring that all aspects of the campaign align with the needs of the company.
Looking for ways to improve the design department process.
Acts a conduit between the creative director and the creative team, ensuring the overarching company vision is executed on a day-to-day basis by the creative team.
