Qualifications:
- Preferably has experience in beauty/fashion industry
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Use of Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and other relevant sites.
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales
- Should be creative and results-oriented.
- Analytical mind and research skills
- Excellent communicator and team player.

Responsibilities:
- Following market trends and presenting creative ideas
- Analyzing data to report on brand growth
- Meet with stakeholders to determine brand objectives and strategies
- Research markets and studies the company’s brand
- Present and execute creative ideas for marketing activities
- Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion)
- Coordinate sales, product development, and other teams
- Track budgets with an eye towards maximizing gains and reducing costs
- Analyze industry, competition, and market trends
- Prepare reports on brand performance and sales
- Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Establishing budgets, performance specifications, and sales estimates.
- Developing and implementing strategies that resonate with the target market.
- Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships, and corporate social responsibility programs.
- Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability.
- Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI.
- Collaborating with different teams such as marketing, creative, legal, etc.
- Overseeing the production of advertisements, promotional materials, and mail campaigns.
- Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values.
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization.
- Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success.
- Create and maintain online listings across e-commerce platforms.
- Forecast marketing campaign growth.
- Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies.
- Manage digital platforms.
- Works with e-commerce partners for calendar campaign planning.
- Maximize e-commerce platform sales and exposure.
