Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four (4) year course preferably in Finance or Business Management
• With background in any of the following: Mortgage Business, Consumer Loans, Retail Loan Banking and Microfinance
• Proficient in MS office applications especially Excel and Word

Responsibilities:

• Implements lead generation activities
• Performs portfolio management, account management and documentation management including but not limited to target setting, account profiling and authority to transact clearance, negotiation with clients, preparation of Proposal thru Account Management System (AMS2) and documentation and closing
• Prepares management information system (MIS) reports
• Handles Stakeholder Management
• Performs other job-related projects as may be assigned from time to time
