Must have strong exposure in sourcing, recruitment and placement, Onboarding.
Must have at least 2 years’ working experience in the related field.
Responsibilities:
Performing analysis and forecasting the hiring needs of the departments.
Creating a sustainable talent acquisition recruitment sourcing, strategies and techniques.
Help manager take charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing employer branding activities.
Motivating employees to be brand ambassadors and planning employee referral programs.
Sourcing and discovering a top talent for open positions using job boards.
Help manager designing, plan and execute recruitment and selection processes (e.g. conduct interviews and screen calls, administer psychological tests, etc.).
Reviewing employment applications and creating background check reports.
Planning procedures for enhancing the candidate experience.
Leading, managing and supervising members of the talent acquisition team for evaluating recruitment efforts.
Creating KPI reports, analyze trend and help manager come up with targeted action plans to help improve recruitment processes through proper RCA.
