Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 3 years’ previous working experience as a Product Owner, or a similar role in product management
  In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles
• Familiar with some of the below automation related technologies:APIs, micro-services frameworks, YAML, JSON, Python, Rubby, C#, Node.Js, GraphQL, StackStorm, Ansible, SaltStack,, Software versioning, cloud hosting platform(s) and CI/CD tools, Relational databases, ChatOps
• Experience in modern networking technologies and protocols is a plus

Responsibilities: 

• Takes ownership of an Agile Cross Functional Team responsible for new developments and the maintenance of Expereo’s core systems
• Defines opportunities within the product vision, roadmap and growth
• Provides direction to the Agile Development Team and other stakeholders, throughout the project lifecycle
• Creates requirements in collaboration with the Business Owners
• Works closely with the Business Owners to create and maintain a product backlog, according to business value or ROI
• Assesses value, develops cases, and prioritizes stories, epics and themes to ensure ongoing work focuses on maximum value, aligned to the product strategy
• Leads the product release plans and sets expectations for the delivery of new functionalities
• Provides an active role in mitigating impediments that impact a successful completion of the Release/Sprint Goals
• Keeps up to date with Agile/Lean best practices and new trends
