Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and follow-up quotations approval and provide leads to increase Service department sales.
  • Responsible for supporting sales of ESCO Products or services to achieve forecasted sales budget.
  • Maintain and expand the existing network of clientele to service the requirements of a target market.
  • Maintains customer rapport and builds relations with customers.
  • Work with the Operations/Sales Manager to increase the market presence and market share, achieve targeted figures, and collect receivables.
  • Monitor the flow of sales and service operations with customers.
  • Execute marketing strategies, objectives, targets, and measures.
  • Provide assistance to facilitate and conduct end-user seminars.
  • Monitor repairs and maintenance activities through the Service Engineers to ensure operational efficiency and to target required hours for machine repair
  • Offer and monitor all service contracts assigned within their specific areas
  • Coordinate directly with the factory all service parts needed.
  • Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned by the Management.

 

The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering/Business Administration/ Life Sciences
  • With at least one (1) year of working experience in sales, service, and coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism.
  • Excellent customer service ethics and high expectations for quality.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Highly operational person.
  • Able to work under pressure with target deadlines.
