As a Junior Developer, you will identify, develop, implement and optimize the business processes, systems, reports, and strategies that optimize business functions to meet organizational goals and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Implementing efficiency improvements related to speed, quality, and simplification by eliminating rework loops, reducing and automating manual work and hand-offs, identifying and implementing best practices across the business, and minimizing process variability through standardization and automation
• Supporting the project team in developing business cases, as well as in developing and documenting functional and process designs
• Optimizing current automation techniques, processes, and design for process automation and automation control for various processes across the organization
• Drive towards simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems,
• Project-manage multiple workflows and communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally.
• Work with key business stakeholders to understand requirements and shape analytical and business process automation deliverables.
