Job Description
Qualifications:
- A graduate of JD or Bachelor of Laws Degree
- Bar passer
- With at least two (2) years of Legal practice in Litigation.
- Experience and exposure in the field of banking, real estate law or foreclosure.
- Amenable to work onsite in Taguig
Responsibilities:
- Reviews legal documents relating to Authority to Transact (ATT) and Original Loan Folders (OLF)
- Reviews Transactional Documentation
- Manages documentation database
- Handles all legal queries relevant to legal documentation
- Supports Management with preparation of Management Information System (MIS) reports
- Oversees vault management
- Performs other job-related projects as may be assigned from time to time
