Qualifications: 

• Must have 1 year of experience as a specialist for US Healthcare Accounts Receivable department in BPO Industry.
• Must have completed at least 2 years in college
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Best in class customer service skills and can multi-task.
• Temporary Work From Home ( Site: Taguig/Quezon City

Responsibilities:

• Maintains and reconciles records of outstanding receivables. Performs various billing, collection, and third-party reimbursement functions
• Research various computer systems and document customer information regarding the status of Accounts Receivables and payment expectations.
• Use email and phones to contact customers to discuss negotiate payment and resolve outstanding medical bill accounts and balances.
• Evaluates, determines, and make recommendations for best practice methods of handling accounts receivable situations.
• Prepare and submits reports to internal management on the status of outstanding medical bills and proposed/planned payment settlement details.
