The IT Bootcamp Trainee is responsible for the provision of customer-centric level 1 to level 2 technical support to customers as assigned.
This includes but is not limited to support of the following:
Operating System and Desktop Management client software
PC systems and peripherals
Smart/Mobile devices
Network and cloud technologies
Qualifications
• Graduate of Information Technology or degree in the relevant field
• Entry-level technical knowledge of hardware and peripherals i.e. laptops, notebooks, workstations desktop PC’s, printers, media and audio visual equipment BYOD and mobility
• Entry-level knowledge of desktop & software applications i.e. Operating Systems (Windows 7 through 10), Microsoft Office 2010 through 365, Antivirus software and system
• Preferably with background on Network fundamentals, cloud technologies
• Programming background is a plus (Python, PowerShell, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication, ability to articulate technical information to the target audience
• Ability to work well within a team while fostering relationships and partnerships
• Can-do and positive attitude with a growth mindset
• Willingness to work on shifting schedule
• Would also consider Japanese speaking applicants with strong willingness to learn IT
