JOB DESCRIPTION
An IT based company that provides medical innovations in Cebu City is urgently hiring for UI/UX Designer.
Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Support a more holistic approach by providing services to the marketing team.
- Contribute and maintain the design system.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes for web and mobile native products.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems by research and product optimization.
- Conduct design audits after product releases and provide quality control.
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects (preferably includes web, mobile native apps, and design systems)
- Expertise in Figma
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe suites
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
- BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
- With a minimum of 2-3 years of experience
