JOB DESCRIPTION
- Full execution of the recruitment process including job posting, phone interviewing, onsite interviewing, regular communication with candidates.
- Be active with online job boards, social media networks and other platforms to find qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct background checks to applicants
- Participate in Online Job Fairs
- Coordinate to trainer/superior those applicants who passed the interview and ready for training
- Conduct training orientation, compile trainee requirements and signing of trainee agreement.
- Introduce new trainees to their designated trainer/superior.
- Monitor and update trainees and employees record and status.
- Collaborate with the management to identify future hiring needs.
- This may also include any other tasks.
