JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Receive and supervise the incoming medical products and ensure the quality and standards of these products and supplies are as per the regulatory requirements.
2. Ensure medical products and supplies are stored correctly as per standard warehouse running documents and procedures.
3. Ensure the warehouse temperature levels are set at appropriate levels by keeping a daily track.
4. Arrange for distribution of the medical products and supplies to various destinations by picking, sorting, packing, and dispatching products.
5. Analyses inventory levels, inventory positioning, correct inventory system, verify accuracy and troubleshoots immediate inventory inaccuracies.
6. Keep stock control systems up to date, plan future capacity requirements.
7. Manage and ensure the rejected, damaged, and expired stock are disposed of, as per the waste disposal process.
8. Ensure quality, delivery budget, and environmental objectives are met.
9. Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment.
10. Communicate with supervisor, vendors, staff to resolve any problems and/or concerns.
11. Provides information and assistance for inventory policies and/or procedures.
12. Produce reports and statistics, as required.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
2. Preferably have at least 1 year of working experience in a similar role
3. Professional License in Pharmacy is required
4. Any training/certification in Pharmacy Services/Programs is not required but a plus
5. Good skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
6. Attention to detail and excellent numeric accuracy.
7. Flexibility under pressure and in response to changing needs.
8. Good team working & communication skills
9. Fair knowledge understanding of the entire Warehouse process and the logistics, supply chain sector.
10. Good knowledge of Medical Products and supplies.
11. Ability to understand and follow organizational procedures.
12. Amenable to work in Parañaque in an office-based setup.
13. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
