Legal Assistant
Job Summary
- Drafts legal documents and letters
- Manages legal documents and correspondences with strict confidentiality
- Assists in board meetings
- Records minutes from meetings
- Responsible in the schedule management for the Legal Counsel
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance, Banking or equivalent
- Preferably knows how to drive and has a driver’s license
- With good communication skills
- Knowledge in processing of permits, certificates, or registration such as in SEC is an advantage
