Responsibilities:

• Assist the Human Capital Management (HCM) team in delivering the full spectrum of Human Resources services.
• Handle HCM administration work, provide support and advice to employees as required.
• Responsible for updating and maintaining the Employee HCM database and confidential personal files.
• Assist in the proper planning, developing, managing, and administering training programs for employees.
• Assist in the orientation and induction program for new employees.
• Managing the recruitment of staff; the processing of end to end Employment
• Employee timekeeping in charge and other HR/Admin tasks such as but not limited to processing of government member ID applications
• Other related tasks that management may assign to you

The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
• Must be a registered Psychometrician
• Must have at least 3 years of working experience in the full spectrum of HR (recruitment, labor regulations, training, etc.)
• Have a strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
• Highly adaptable to changing priorities and can adeptly pivot to meet emerging business needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Great at diagnosing problems using critical thinking skills and driving innovative solutions.
• A strong communicator and able to convey complex topics simply, clearly, and effectively to a diverse audience.
• Have a strong passion and drive for Esco’s mission.
• Can commence work immediately
