Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Strong understanding of labor laws and experience in handling and negotiating with Labor Unions.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Receive and evaluate incident reports from office and store branches

Experience anticipating issues, problem-solving, and implementing solutions, including referring critical issues to the appropriate level of management and improving efficiency, quality, cost, and productivity
