Job Qualifications:

• Must have Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or another related field
• Willing to be assigned in Mapulang Lupa, Valenzuela City
• With at least 1-2 years of experience in Customer Retention Management
• With strong analytical skills, comfortable with syndicated data and pulling insights from data
• With strong communication and negotiation skills
• Project lead capabilities, strong interpersonal and influence skills, strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a strong customer-insight driven loyalty function to improve the existing plans; develop perception as input to goal setting process, work cross-functionally, aiming to meet and exceed customer expectations to ensure long-term growth
• Lead the development of new loyalty program opportunities and the continuous improvement and optimization of loyalty program objectives and structure
• Lead the loyalty strategy team and other cross-functional teams to develop loyalty experiences and growth, build the brand and achieve financial objectives
• People, Culture, & Leadership - coordinate and support Sales Markets in executing planned activations to meet defined KPI's, secure knowledge and training, supporting the implementation of existing & new features & functionality
