Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Preferably with 4 years managerial experience in Construction & Repairs.
• Required Skill(s): Construction, Repairs
• Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Preferably with Professional License issued by the PRC
• With hands on experience in building construction and maintenance from a reputable organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
